Job Description:

Tulnor Inc. dba NexGen IOT Solutions seeks an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit training programs to ensure staff is equipped to meet client needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Plan, control, and evaluate budget and expenditures to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages effectively.
  • Determine strategic planning for new product lines to stay competitive in the market.
  • Lead sales teams in organizing regional and divisional sales operations.
  • Direct and evaluate sales activities across various establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage a team of 3-4 people.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and coaching to clients.
  • Manage events to promote products and services.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in corporate sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:

The selected candidate will be based in Canada and will be working with a dynamic team at Tulnor Inc. dba NexGen IOT Solutions.
