Laundromat Attendant Job Description

P & D Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our laundry facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including laundry equipment and facilities
  • Deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate laundry equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a rural area and travel to other locations as needed
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
