Laundromat Attendant Job Description

P & D Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized laundry facility, and ensuring a smooth operation of our laundry services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility, including washing machines, dryers, and folding areas
  • Ensure a smooth operation of our laundry services, including managing laundry cycles and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
