Job Summary

Rainbook Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our team, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
