Restaurant Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team at McDonald’s. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring that high-quality customer service and food products are delivered consistently.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure inventory levels are maintained, and manage stock accordingly.
- Hire, train, and develop food service staff to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales, wastage, and employee performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Establish work schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee the overall efficiency of the restaurant during peak hours.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with kitchen and food service operations, health and safety protocols, and quality control standards.

- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
- A 35-40 hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
