Job Title: Customer Service Agent in Disputes

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in Disputes. As a key member of our fraud prevention and detection team, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the dispute process, ensuring their financial interests are protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls and provide detailed assistance in the dispute process
  • Analyze suspicious transactions and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Build relationships of trust with customers, internal colleagues, and partners
  • Refer clients to colleagues for specialized needs
Team Environment:

You will be part of a dynamic team of 22 colleagues, reporting to the section director. Our team is known for its curiosity and involvement in achieving our mission. We strive to exert a positive influence in people's lives through the process of fraud and disputes.

Training and Development:

Our comprehensive training program includes a 4-week training course, followed by hands-on training on the lines, supported by expert colleagues. Our learning-in-action approach allows you to master your craft and develop new skills.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service or consulting services
  • Ability to support clients and make decisions
  • Language proficiency in English and French
