Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in the area of dispute resolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who wish to dispute transactions on their account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze suspicious transactions and provide detailed assistance in the dispute process
- Build relationships with clients, internal colleagues, and partners to ensure seamless dispute resolution
- Refer clients to colleagues for specialized needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service and consulting services
