Job Summary

Transport Car Fre is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Goods: Ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, maintaining a high level of vehicle maintenance and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency roadside situations, performing repairs and ensuring the safe continuation of transportation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation, adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and a Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Willingness to train and a minimum of permanent employment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 60 hours per week.
