INTER HARBOUR TRUCKING INC. is seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Record and maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
