Director of Equity and Community Development

The University of King's College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Equity and Community Development. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in advancing the university's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across the university community
- Provide leadership and support to the development of policies and procedures related to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to advance the university's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Provide training and education to the university community on equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to advance the university's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role related to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
