Director of Equity and Community

The University of King's College is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Director of Equity and Community. This position will play a critical role in promoting a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion within the university community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across the university
- Provide leadership and support to students, faculty, and staff on issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to advance the university's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to address discrimination and harassment
- Provide training and education to students, faculty, and staff on issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role related to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
