Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at U Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of security equipment and machinery, and resolve any work-related problems that may arise.
- Training and Development: Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods. The successful candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
