About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G4U Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Activities

Develop and implement schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.

Monitor Quality and Production Levels

Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of security personnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit regular reports on security operations, including incident reports, activity logs, and performance metrics.

Supervise and Train Security Personnel

Provide guidance, training, and coaching to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during security operations, providing technical advice and guidance as needed.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a security or law enforcement context.

Security Industry Knowledge

Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures, including risk management, threat assessment, and crisis management.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, security personnel, and other team members.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
