About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G4U Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management and clients.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, initiative, and a team player attitude.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
