About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at U Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
    • Provide guidance and training to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Operational Management
    • Coordinate and schedule security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and response to security incidents.
    • Monitor and control security equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
    • Investigate and report on security incidents and near-misses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with security personnel, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
