About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at MARY'S MOTEL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of our team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
