Motel Operations Supervisor

Mary's Motel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel, providing exceptional guest services, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support motel operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
