Motel Managing Supervisor Job Description

Mary's Motel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies to meet the needs of our motel
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
