About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Talentuch. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their CRM systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, ensuring their CRM-related issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.
  2. Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring that all client requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with our CRM consultants, delivery center manager, and customer success manager to ensure seamless support delivery.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve support processes and SOPs.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and fast-paced tech environment.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, and source code control technology (Git and SVN).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English) and CRM knowledge.
  • Scrum master skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes technology and Linux operations.
