CRM Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Talentuch. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their CRM systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, ensuring their CRM-related issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring that all client requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our CRM consultants, delivery center manager, and customer success manager to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve support processes and SOPs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and fast-paced tech environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, and source code control technology (Git and SVN).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (French & English) and CRM knowledge.
- Scrum master skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes technology and Linux operations.
