CRM Technical Support Specialist

The role of Technical Support Specialist for CRM Systems at Talentuch involves providing exceptional client satisfaction and fixing client issues in a fast-paced tech environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can ensure the requirements provided by the customer are clear and actionable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing updates and feedback to the customer on their opened tickets
- Validating estimation with the CRM consultants and keeping the customer updated accordingly
- Communicating with the delivery center manager to coordinate the team allocation and ticket dispatch
- Managing the support boards to ensure everything is up-to-date
- Escalating any risks identified on a support request
- Filling the scorecard to track KPIs of the role
- Improving support SOP
The successful candidate will be bilingual (French & English), have basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, and JavaScript, and intermediate knowledge of source code control technology, such as Git and SVN.
Talentuch is a Canadian CRM company with a downtown Montreal office, offering a hybrid work environment.
