About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at A&H IELTS Institute Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain accurate records, order office supplies, and ensure the organization of manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
