About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at HAYER RECORDS LTD. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including receiving and forwarding correspondence, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
