Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing patients in for their visit in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit, ensuring that patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health, preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies and equipment, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area, maintaining a positive attitude and working cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation, and performing any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have dental assistant experience, successfully completed CDA (completion of NDAEB exam), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, great time management and organizational skills, and experience in an orthodontic office preferred but not required. Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
