Youth Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and a strong understanding of youth development principles. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing life skills workshops, assessing client needs, and developing service intervention logic models.
As a key member of our team, you will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to maintain program statistics for evaluation purposes and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs.
About the BenefitsOur company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a dental plan, health care plan, and registered retirement savings plan (RRSP).
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. Fluency in English is required, and we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
