Youth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering life skills workshops, conducting assessments, and implementing behaviour management programs.
About the Role- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Prepare reports or case histories to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement life skills workshops to equip clients with essential skills for daily living.
- Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs.
- Develop, co-ordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community.
- Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
- Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff to enhance service delivery.
- Assist clients with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, values and ethics, client focus, initiative, and teamwork.
