We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Director to join our team at Neova Tecnologies®. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments in a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate communication among production divisions and management.
  • Assess test results and approve recommended changes.
  • Review quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Conduct random inspections and quality control checks.
  • Periodically report status of quality control and operations to executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • MUST have pharmaceutical QA/QC experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of related experience required with at least five years as a quality engineer or similar role highly preferred.
