Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Director to join our team at Neova Tecnologies®. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate production operations to ensure products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications.
  • Collaborate with management and senior staff to draft acceptable quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate communication among production divisions and management.
  • Assess test results and approve recommended changes.
  • Review quality control documentation for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Conduct random inspections and quality control checks.
  • Report status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical QA/QC experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies for food and pharmaceutical products.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of related experience required with at least five years as a quality engineer or similar role highly preferred.
