We are seeking a skilled PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our Operations Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading PFMEA activities from design to production, ensuring that risk reduction activities are carried out correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead PFMEA activities to identify and mitigate risks in product and process development.
  • Mobilize stakeholders to develop new approaches to substantiate assessed risks and eliminate them at source.
  • Prioritize risks and provide justification for their resolution.
  • Improve processes to counter new production realities and ensure they work properly.
  • Initiate problem-solving, control plan creation, and follow-up arising from PFMEA.
  • Implement risk monitoring processes.
Requirements:
  • Technical bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline/experience.
  • Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and excellent influencing skills.
  • Recognized for rigour, structure, and autonomy.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Capacity to work in French on a daily basis.
  • Openness and ability to navigate uncertainty.
