Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machines to ensure efficient and safe cleaning of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Scrape and wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are clean and sanitized.
  • Assist in the receiving and storage of incoming product and delivery of supplies to the proper areas.
  • Empty and clean recycling bins and storage, drop off, and disposal of recycling bins.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies, including Health & Safety.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Requirements

  • Punctuality, conscientiousness, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment or interest in learning more.
