Job Title: Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Insomnia Restaurant & Lounge. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand
  • Scour pots and pans to remove stubborn stains and food residue
  • Keep records of food usage and inventory
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive and store supplies
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and dependability
Working Conditions:
