Job Title: Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Insomnia Restaurant & Lounge. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils in a commercial dishwasher or by hand
  • Load and unload dishes, pots, and pans from the dishwasher
  • Keep the dishroom and surrounding areas clean and organized
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a related role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
