Human Resources Manager

SELC College Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the human resources department, overseeing operations, and evaluating performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee human resources operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective human resource planning and deployment.
  • Coordinate training and recruitment efforts to ensure timely deployment of talents.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on personnel policies and programs.
  • Organize and lead informational meetings for employees on employment policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and culture development initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource manager.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
