Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our Amazon Business Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers succeed and adopt complex business features on Amazon Business.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our largest and most complex customers, consisting of Fortune 500 companies, to understand their source to pay processes and systems. You will then use this knowledge to recommend solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing deep relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Providing expert guidance on procurement processes and systems to ensure seamless integration with Amazon Business.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, Product, and Tech, to drive the evolution of Amazon Business platforms and technologies.
- Identifying potential risks and gaps in customer systems and proposing workarounds to ensure successful adoption of Amazon Business features.
- Communicating market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to inform product development and strategy.
The Amazon Business Professional Services team is dedicated to accelerating customer success, adoption, and spend on Amazon Business. We achieve this by providing expert guidance, tools, and services to our customers throughout their lifecycle.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- Knowledge of procurement, procure to pay (P2P), and source to pay methods at enterprise businesses.
- 2+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, and 5+ years of implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers.

The base salary for this position ranges from $61,700/year up to $103,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits in addition to a competitive salary and equity package.
