We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our Amazon Business Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' source to pay processes and systems, and providing solutions that meet their goals with Amazon Business.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as Procurement, Finance, and IT, and a proven track record of managing and troubleshooting data integration projects. You will work closely with the Sales, Implementation, Product, and Tech teams to drive the evolution of Amazon Business platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with large and complex customers, including Fortune 500 companies, to understand their source to pay processes and systems.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and provide solutions that meet their goals with Amazon Business.
- Recommend solutions to help customers adopt complex business features and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide status updates and insights learned during discovery with the customer.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
- Collaborate and influence key internal Amazon stakeholders to drive business growth and customer success.
The Amazon Business Professional Services team is dedicated to accelerating our customers' success, adoption, and spend. We accomplish this by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work, or equivalent experience.
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Knowledge of procurement, procure to pay (P2P), and source to pay methods at enterprise businesses.
- 2+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- 5+ years of implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers.
- Experience with change management.

The base salary for this position ranges from $61,700/year up to $103,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
