We are currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, driving business results through coaching and encouragement. As an Assistant Store Manager at Ricki's, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day store operations, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging sales associates and leaders
- Deliver brand fashion ability through visual merchandising presentation
- Execute merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects according to company standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team
- Experience as a retail supervisor with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent sales skills and ability to drive business results
- Strong visual merchandising skills and knowledge of current styling trends
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move heavy boxes (up to 30 pounds)
