Restaurant Operations Manager

Murphco Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize profit margins and maintain the restaurant's financial health;
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement;
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback;
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management;
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals;
- Implement operational procedures to improve customer satisfaction;
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance;
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Promote marketing plans to attract new customers;
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives;
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
- 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in restaurant management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Leadership and training abilities;
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary;
