We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at WZMH Architects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software applications, and hardware devices. You will work closely with our IT department to provide expert-level support, resolve complex technical problems, and ensure that all technical equipment is functioning properly.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality support services to our staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system, MS Office, and other Microsoft products
  • Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and antivirus software
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
