Pharmacy Manager Job Description

RK Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including pharmacists, technicians, and sales associates.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and inventory control of pharmaceuticals and other products.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.
  • Financial Management: Manage the pharmacy's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory control software.
