RK Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail pharmacy operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as assign duties and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the pharmacy and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, word processing software, and inventory control software.
