Pharmacy Operations Manager

RK Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the performance of the pharmacy team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy team.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Identify and select merchandise and services to be sold in the pharmacy.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and procure merchandise for resale in the pharmacy.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy and its products.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements of the pharmacy team.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll for the pharmacy team.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, word processing software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet.
The Pharmacy Manager will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, with regular interactions with customers and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
