Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily pharmacy operations
    • Evaluate and improve pharmacy operations
    • Plan and organize pharmacy operations
    • Manage and develop staff
  • Business Development
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Staffing and Administration
    • Determine staffing requirements
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
    • Oversee payroll administration
  • Computer and Technology
    • Point of sale system

    • Bachelor's degree
