Pharmacy Manager Job Description

RK Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize point of sale system, word processing software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet to manage pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore, retail business
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
