Job Description

  • Provide 1:1 family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex needs in their home environments.
  • Clinical skills and loving touch ensure that clients receive the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and unwavering reliability.

Requirements

  • Active license with BCCNM required.
  • Pediatric experience is an asset but not mandatory.
