Clinical Leadership Nurse, Home Health

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Resource in Home Health. This is a critical role that requires expertise in evidence-based practice, leadership, education, and consultation.
About the RoleThis position involves providing clinical guidance, education, and consultation to staff and clients in the designated clinical area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Home Support policies within the program management structure of Home Health. They will also possess strong knowledge of nursing theory, adult learning principles, and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement education, training, and orientation programs for staff
- Provide leadership using modeling, coaching, and mentoring roles
- Instruct others and facilitate learning of staff and/or clients/families
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, families, and other service providers
- Work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Three years' recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one year in an educational/leadership role
- Valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $83,191 - $112,734 per annum, comprehensive benefits package, generous vacation time, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
