Job Description

In this heartwarming role, you will provide 1:1 family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex needs in their home environments. Your clinical skills and loving touch will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care—delivered with compassion, excellence, and unwavering reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Active license with BCCNM required
  • Pediatric experience an asset, but not mandatory
