Job Title: Gallery Marketing and Administrative Assistant

4Sight Search Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Gallery Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the gallery's online presence, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Maintenance: Ensure the gallery's website is up-to-date and visually appealing, including photographing new work, manipulating digital images, and updating online inventory.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, taking messages, checking emails, and assisting with organization of shipment waybills and mailing lists.
  • Client Service: Greet clients, offer coffee or assistance, and provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping and broad inside sales activities.
  • Gallery Maintenance: Assist with gallery maintenance, including keeping the kitchen clean, dusting sculptures, and supporting window cleaning, plant watering, and changing lights.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in art, frameshop, or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator, is required.
  • Experience with Constant Contact is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Appropriate business attire is required.
