Job Title: Art Gallery Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Gallery Manager Assistant to join our team at All In The Wild Photography Inc.

Job Summary:

The Art Gallery Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Gallery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including developing public relations and promotional programs, evaluating daily operations, and implementing new strategies and programs touching public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement public relations and promotional programs to increase gallery visibility and attendance.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement new strategies and programs to enhance public relations and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with the development and administration of policies and programs.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Act as liaison between staff and management on wellness issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
  • Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment and identify customers' needs.
  • Enter client information into databases.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
