- Administrative Tasks: Maintain inventory, order office supplies, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working independently, but also as part of a team. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
