**Job Summary**

The Guest Services Representative (Bell Person) is a key member of the Coast Hotels team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role requires a warm and friendly personality, with a focus on anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide luggage service upon guest arrival and departure, and room guests in a professional manner.
  • Store luggage for guests accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver morning newspapers and room service orders when necessary.
  • Assist valet attendants with parking guest vehicles.
  • Work closely with the Front Desk Team to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel group bookings and scheduled events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Front Desk, lobby, and driveway area.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience.
  • Assist with arranging transportation for guests.
  • Read the logbook to stay informed of daily events.
  • Check for VIP arrivals and deliver VIP amenities as required.
  • Provide recommendations to guests on local attractions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Completion of secondary school.
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality.
  • Clean driver's abstract indicating a safe driving record (Class 5 License).
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplification of Coast Hotels' core values and a willingness to work in a culture of accountability.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
