Director of Customer Experience Enablement

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with our global standards, ensuring seamless delivery across regions.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality of customer interactions, leveraging feedback and performance data to inform process improvements.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies that support superior customer experience delivery, ensuring alignment with our CX vision.
- Design and deliver training resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of customer-facing teams, empowering them to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience across regions, driving performance and excellence.
- Manage our customer experience program, including the 100% customer satisfaction program, and optimize our Qualtris CX platform to ensure accurate survey responses and a clear voice of the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on generating insights from customer experience data.
- Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA.
